Young Dermatologists (NuDe)
NuDe is a daughter organization of Finnish Dermatological Society that was established in 2006 by dermatology residents. NuDe provides two annual educational events, one in the fall and one in the spring. The content of these events vary from theoretical to more hands-on topics and are mainly catered for dermatology residents or dermatologist in their early career. NuDe also offers a platform for young dermatologist around Finland to get connected.
Dermatology residents are welcomed to NuDe already in the beginning of their specialization.
Previous presidents of the organization include Sampsa Kauppi 2006-2011, Noora Neittaanmäki 2011-2015, Ville Kiiski 2015-2018, Mari Salmivuori 2018-2021, and Martta Jokinen 2021-2024.

Finnish Dermatopathological Society
The Finnish Dermatopathological Society is an association of dermatologists and pathologists whose aim is to promote the knowledge, skills and research of skin pathology in Finland. To accomplish its purpose, the association organizes meetings and lectures, participates in international activities and carries out information and publishing activities.
The annual meeting of the association is usually held at the beginning of the year and most of the time a dermatopathological event seminar is held. The cases being handled in the seminar will be scanned on the internet and a password will be sent to those who are willing to see the samples in advance.
Membership is accepted on application. A non-formal application should be sent to the Chairman of the Association.
